All orders are custom made, therefore we are unable to refund these products. All products are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched however, if you receive a faulty or defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will discuss this with you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a replacement product. We require proof of purchase (order number/receipt) to further any enquiries. We replace missing/ faulty goods ( NO REFUNDS)

Please note that refunds will not be granted after 24 hours of the order being placed, if you wish to cancel your order you must do this within 24 hours either by email or you can contact us through the contact us page.

REPLACEMENT IF IT IS GRANTED

Once the order has been received and inspected you will be informed if a replacement has been issued or rejected. If a product needs to be returned you are responsible to pay Elegant Creations By L.M, we strongly advise to use a tracked shipping service to ensure that no loss of shipment occurs upon its return. We are not responsible for any lost returns during transit.

Refunds Policy

Please note that all orders for leavers shirts are subject to a to a processing time of up to 14 working days, your order can be processed earlier than this but this is a timescale given during extremely busy periods.

Orders for custom branded merchandise can have a processing time of up to 10 working days, again your order can be processed sooner, this is to ensure a smooth transition of orders and to ensure that all orders are of high expectations before they arrive to you.

All U.K and Mainland deliveries arrive in 1-5 working days from the date of shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify Elegant Creations By L.M by email within the first 24 hours of the order being placed. Please email - elegantlou@outlook.com

We are aware that not all leavers dates are the same for each school however, we are not responsible for school leavers date changes. Orders cannot be cancelled or prioritised after this time.

We do not accept returns on personalised products due to all products being custom made, you accept this when you place your order with us.
